Design & Engineering

An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. These advanced designs feature larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminium cores which increase the fluid capacity of the radiators, and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF’s Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

Ford definitely learned some lessons from previous generations and gave some 14th Generation F-150s / 3rd Gen Raptors a pretty decent radiator. While the factory system seems to cope with modifications better than previous generations, more people are pushing these new rigs harder than ever. Bigger turbos, more boost, heavier accessories, etc, all increase heat output of the motor.
