For SR20DET owners who want even better performance than the stock exhaust manifold ,
the new RSE exhaust manifold is now available.
It can be installed on genuine turbos or aftermarket turbos that replace the genuine position without any special modifications. The pipe layout is designed as an unequal-length type, similar to the genuine exhaust manifold.
This is because, based on prototype tests, it was concluded that the equal-length type is superior to the genuine layout in only very limited areas for the SR20DET, and overall the genuine layout design is superior.

By deliberately adopting an unequal-length layout and connecting the cylinder head to the turbine over a short distance, the exhaust gas energy reaches the turbine without weakening, resulting in excellent turbine response.

The firing order for the SR20DET is 1-3-4-2. A split plate is installed in the center of the exhaust manifold outlet to allow exhaust gases to flow sequentially from left to right according to the firing order, preventing interference at the manifold and guiding a smooth flow towards the turbine.

The head-side flange and turbine-side flange are reinforced with support brackets to prevent cracking due to vibration, etc.

It has heat resistance up to 1200℃ and effectively suppresses heat dissipation by more than 90%. By suppressing heat dissipation in the engine compartment, it prevents rises in intake air temperature, oil temperature, and water temperature, contributing to extracting more power from the engine.
