To ensure sufficient exhaust flow rate, the diameter must be increased, bends reduced, and resistance reduced. High sound dampening performance can be achieved by installing multiple silencers or by increasing exhaust resistance through smaller diameters, thereby reducing sound energy. In order to satisfy the conflicting demands of improved output and sound dampening performance, we conducted theoretical studies on pipe diameter, silencer shape and placement on a flow bench, and tested many prototypes until we finally completed a muffler kit that we were satisfied with.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe tail section features SPOON SPORTS' standard \"N1 silencer\" with two outlets, just like the stock muffler. Any muffler needs to secure a sufficient exhaust flow and low noise levels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA larger diameter increases the exhaust flow rate, and fewer curves for less resistance. Installing multiple silencers along with reducing the diameter also helps reduce that sound energy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs it conflicts as it sounds, we think we managed to find the balance between improving the output and reducing the sound.
