After a long development period, the full titanium exhaust system and SUS304 outlet components for the GR Yaris are finally complete. A full titanium link adapter that connects both products seamlessly is also being released at the same time. Dedicated models for GEN.1 and GEN.2 are available for all products, and the exhaust system can be selected from a single TYPE-R and a dual TYPE-D.

Our goal was to create the ultimate exhaust system for those who truly seek speed. We wanted to reciprocate the GR Yaris, born from the idea of winning competitions, with our own commitment to performance. With that in mind, we chose full titanium for the muffler material and pursued weight reduction. SUS304 stainless steel was used for the outlet component, which receives the heat load immediately after the turbocharger. Furthermore, we prepared a titanium link adapter connecting the two parts with a continuous Φ80.5 pipe, aiming to reduce resistance throughout the entire exhaust system.

From the materials to the exhaust pathways and connections, how far can we push the limits for speed? Aiming to create a product that sets itself apart from existing options, we meticulously considered the exhaust system from the turbo onwards as a single system. For those who pursue lightness and power and want to further unlock the potential of the GR Yaris, we present the RSE competition-only exhaust.
