992.2 Changes/Updates

The 992.2 generation of the 911 Carrera (including S Models) utilizes the larger turbochargers of the 992.1 GTS (OE# 0PB-145-701-R / 0PB-145-702-R. Larger turbos paired with the larger intercooler from the Turbo models makes for factory output on the S models the same as the outgoing GTS models.

The 992.1 GTS with the CSF #8217 Intercooler was capable of over 600HP on factory turbos and internals, so it is safe to say the 992.2 will be more than capable of this kind of performance. With upgraded/larger turbos plus extra flow and cooling capacity from the larger CSF #8188 Intercooler, the 992.2 should easily exceed the limits of the 992.1 GTS.
