The CSF “No Limit” Billet Air-to-Air Competition Intake Manifold (CSF8402) is purpose-built for S58-powered BMW M2 G87, M3 G80/G81, and M4 G82/G83 platforms aiming well beyond the factory performance envelope. Developed with elite drag racing teams and proven in the heat of TX2K 2026, this manifold is designed for builds targeting 1500+ WHP where conventional charge-cooled manifolds become a limitation.

By relocating the charge cooling to a front-mounted intercooler, the CSF “No Limit” manifold removes the small, integrated charge-cooler core found in OEM-style manifolds. This opens the door for significantly larger air-to-air or air-to-water intercooler cores, improved charge temperature control, and more stable performance at very high boost and power levels.

Designed and manufactured in collaboration with Custom Plenum Creations (CPC) in Australia, the manifold is fully CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminium. Internal CFD-optimised velocity stacks, an enlarged throttle body flange, and carefully tuned plenum volume work together to deliver even cylinder distribution, excellent top-end flow, and the strength required for 100+ PSI boost environments.

On track, this manifold has already proven itself on some of the quickest S58 builds in the world. At TX2K 2026 it was used on the world-record holding Tom Wrigley Performance G80 M3 (7.67s @ 183mph) and GTP Motorsport’s G87 M2 and G82 M4, both breaking into the 7-second quarter mile bracket while retaining street-focused features such as air conditioning.

The CSF8402 S58 version adds track-focused detail refinements including a billet oil filter housing adaptor for service access, modular ports for additional injection or sensors, and CSF’s proprietary Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer to combat heat soak. With provisions for up to 12 injectors, nitrous, methanol or water injection, this manifold is an ideal foundation for serious competition builds where there are effectively no limits on power targets.
