The CSF “No Limit” Billet Air-to-Air Competition Intake Manifold (CSF8401) for the Toyota Supra / BMW B58 platform is a purpose-built solution for serious drag and roll-racing builds that have outgrown the limits of factory-style charge-cooled manifolds. Developed in partnership with Custom Plenum Creations (CPC) in Australia, this manifold relocates charge cooling to the front of the car, allowing you to run a much larger external intercooler core for significantly improved charge-air control at extreme power levels.
Track-proven in the brutal Texas heat during TX2K 2026, CSF’s new “No Limit” competition manifold design has already helped push X58-powered BMWs into the 7-second quarter-mile range. By removing the restrictive integrated charge cooler from the intake manifold, the B58 “No Limit” manifold clears the way for both large front-mount air-to-air or air-to-water intercooler configurations while optimising airflow distribution into each cylinder.
The manifold is fully CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminium, with an internally optimised plenum and integrated velocity stacks for each runner. Extensive CFD analysis was used to ensure even airflow and to avoid cylinder-to-cylinder imbalance or scavenging issues that could limit top-end performance. High-pressure o-ring sealing and CSF’s proprietary Thermal Rejection Spacer help the manifold withstand more than 100 psi of boost pressure while keeping intake temps in check.
With provisions for top-feed port injection (6 or 12 injectors), modular runner ports for nitrous or methanol injection, and an S55-style 77 mm throttle body flange, the CSF “No Limit” B58 manifold is designed as a complete motorsport package. It is aimed squarely at builds targeting 1,500+ WHP where reliability, airflow, and thermal control are critical.
Note: This manifold is for motorsport/competition use only and requires significant custom fabrication and tuning to install and operate correctly. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
