Can I return my purchased item?

Not all items purchased from KYP Performance House are eligible for return and refund. Items that are out of stock in our warehouse and must be ordered from a supplier cannot be returned. We recommend checking with our friendly team before placing your order if the item is not currently in stock.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.

For items that are eligible for return, a 15% return fee will apply if you choose to receive a refund via your original payment method. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit equal to 100% of the original purchase price.

Please be aware that any products that have been opened, tested, damaged, or where packaging or contents are lost or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable.

If the part supplied does not fit your vehicle or intended purpose as specified, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.

Please choose your items carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Cancelling Orders

Not all items purchased from KYP Performance House can be cancelled.

Items that are out of stock and need to be ordered from a supplier cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.

Custom-made items or those specifically procured for an order cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Transactional Costs

Due to the transaction costs associated with payment methods like Afterpay and Zip Money, any order cancelled using these options will incur a 6% processing fee. Orders processed through PayPal will have a 2.5% fee.

Switching to another product with KYP Performance House will not incur any cancellation fees. However, if applicable, cancellation fees will be added to the return fee.

How do I return my purchased item?

To initiate a return, please contact KYP Performance House via phone, email, or live chat. If your return request is approved, you will be given a Return number. Use this number in all future communications regarding your return.

Once you have the Return number, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please use a courier service that offers tracking and insurance. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage. It must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, for the return to be processed. Affix the Return number and our address—118 Briggs Street, Welshpool WA 6106—to the package.

When will the refund be applied?

Upon receipt of the item, KYP Performance House will process the return within 48 hours. You will be notified of the return approval status once completed.

Once approved for a refund, your selected refund method will be processed.
