Shipping Policy
Our warehouse dispatches orders from our Perth facility Monday to Friday, utilizing a variety of freight companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Our website supports shipping for domestic orders within Australia. For any destinations not quoted on our site, please reach out, and we can manually process your order.
Domestic Freight
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for small orders and a rate between $30 and $50 for medium-sized orders. For large or excessively heavy items, If there are any discrepancies with freight quotes, we will contact you before shipping. At checkout, you will typically see two shipping options: a flat rate and one that includes insurance. Freight insurance covers lost or damaged items during transit, so we recommend selecting this option for fragile or high-value items. Please note that orders lost or damaged without insurance will not be replaced.
Most freight companies operate Monday to Friday, so we advise using a shipping address where someone can receive the package during business hours. Ensure your shipping details are accurate, as not all shipments can be redirected once in transit.
If necessary, we allow an "authority to leave" option, giving the courier permission to leave your package in a designated safe location. If you select 'yes' for this option, the courier will place the package in a secure spot based on your instructions.
If you choose 'no' for "authority to leave," the courier will leave a card in your mailbox indicating where you can pick up your package (for parcels shipped via StarTrack or Australia Post). Identification will be required for collection, and if not retrieved, items may be returned to KYP Performance House, incurring additional shipping charges.
Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions
Orders placed through the KYP Performance House website or our sales team will default to requiring a signature. By checking the box or selecting 'yes' at checkout, you authorize our agent to leave your package at your location according to your instructions. Please note that the driver may not request a signature, and parcels may be delivered without notification.
You agree that the parcel is considered received once left at your premises. KYP Performance House and its delivery contractors are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this delivery method. You release KYP Performance House from all claims or liabilities arising from this authority to leave.
If you do not authorize KYP Performance House for this option, you must be present for the delivery.
Order Processing
Orders marked as in stock and ready for shipment will be processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Product availability is indicated on the website, with items in stock highlighted in green. For out-of-stock items, the usual lead time for restocking from the manufacturer will be provided. Your invoice will include stock information, and our customer service team will notify you if delivery estimates extend beyond those listed on the product page. If your order status shows as "processing," it means we are working to secure stock for shipment. Orders containing backordered items will ship once all products are available. To arrange split deliveries, please contact us. You can log into your account on our website to check the estimated arrival of backordered items.
Shipping Destinations
For international shipments, we use DHL Express. If your delivery address is outside Australia, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes once the shipment arrives in your country. All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, and policies can vary by country. You are responsible for any additional customs clearance charges, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
