Spoon has started selling complete engines assembled using genuine Honda parts (new) for cases where overhaul is not possible due to engine blow or excessive mileage, or as a base for engine tuning.
We use standard size pistons, and while the static balance (total weight of piston, connecting rod, and pin) is within 2g for mass production, ours is adjusted to a weight tolerance of 0.02g, and each engine is assembled with great care by experienced mechanics with precision that far exceeds that of mass production.
